January 30th Stamp Camp

This is one of the cards my guests will be making January 30th at my monthly Stamp Camp. Click here for my calender of scheduled events or contact me today to schedule your own workshop!! I am happy to help you create whatever you like with your family and friends.

This card was SO easy to create and in no time at all...thanks to the Sizzix Big Shot and the new Bigz XL Curly Label die (item # 114506) I cut the Kraft CS at 4 1/4 x 11" adhered the Urban Oasis DSP (item # 113978) cut at 2 3/4" x 4 1/4 and alligned directly over the die..what is so great is that the curly label is magnetic and you can position where you want it!! The stamp set used is called Dream a Little (item # 113435) stamped in Cameo Coral and Blush Blossom. The inside flower was stamped then punched out with the coordinating Curly Lable Punch. Stamped the greeting using Sincere Salutations (item # 115068).Added some kraft taffeta ribbon and Viola! Happy Stampin!~Erin

January 30th Stamp Camp cont.

This is the 2nd card my guests will be making at my January 30th Stamp Camp. This idea was inspired by a sample for an accordian card shown at Scor-Pal. The measurements of the card stock (close to cocoa) are 4 1/4" x 11 and you score at 4", 6 1/2", 9" and 10 1/2". While card is flat you can adhere the DSP sizes 1 1/4 x 4", 2 1/4 x 4" and 2 3/4 x 4". You can then decorate and embellish as you wish! If you would like to add a belly band the size would be 1/2"x7". I took a picture of the card closed, to show that it fits easily into our medium envelopes. I love these accordian cards, they stand up on their own and the back side could be decorated with photos, thoughts what ever your 'heart' desires!! Happy Stampin'~Erin

At last...Bella Birds Memory Book (I love this DSP!)

As you can see in the photos, we used a variety of embellishments from ribbons, brads, Bigz dies, corduroy buttons to the new embosslits dies for the Big Shot and glitter... what project isn't complete until you add some dazzling diamonds?? We all had a fabulous time and some of the girls were first time stampers that did a terrific job!! Well done gals!!

So here is the Urban Garden DSP book (I am SO glad that Stampin' Up! did not retire this beautiful paper!!) A friend of mine asked me to do a workshop for her making these memory books. I made three samples using the DSP shown (Bella Birds, Washington Apple and Urban Garden). Guests then chose which one they wanted to make: each packet contained ribbon, coordinating CS, DSP, and the on board chip board (all cut using the Stampin' Up! Sizzix Big Shot). I brought several stamp sets, inks, punches, and once they glued the DSP to the chipboard, I bound their book for them using the Bind-It-All.

Stamps: Big Bold Birthday Stamp Set Yummy Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set Paper: Card Stock Pretty In Pink 8 1/2X11 Card Stock Old Olive 8 1/2X11 Card Stock Whisper White 8 1/2X11 Card Stock Rose Red 8 1/2X11 Card Stock Bashful Blue 8 1/2X11 Ink: Classic Stampin Pad Chocolate Chip Classic Stampin Pad Rose Red Versamark Pad Accessories: Bone Folder Scissors Paper Snips Glue Dots Mini Stampin Dimensionals Ribbon Grosgrain Chocolate Chip 5/8 Inch

Instructions:

1. Fold Bashful Blue card stock (8-1/2" x 8-1/2") in half to create triangle. Fold front of triangle down so that tip of flap is approximately 1/2" from bottom edge. Fold right side of triangle in so that top edge of side is even with the top edge of flap. Repeat with left side. Pull right and left sides back and pull flap up, then fold sides in and fold flap over. 2. Stamp dots image repeatedly in VersaMark ink on inside of pouch. Wrap Chocolate Chip 5/8" grosgrain ribbon around pouch and adhere.3. Round corners of Pretty in Pink card stock (3" x 2") using 3/16" Corner Rounder punch. Adhere Old Olive card stock (3" x 1/4") to Pretty in Pink card stock. 4. Stamp “A little yummy for your tummy” in Chocolate Chip ink on Whisper White card stock. Cut out image. Stamp heart image in Rose Red ink on Rose Red card stock. Cut out heart and adhere to yummy piece. Adhere to Pretty in Pink card stock using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere entire piece to Bashful Blue pouch using Stampin’ Dimensionals. 5. Tie Chocolate Chip 5/8" grosgrain ribbon in a knot and adhere to left side of pouch.

Valentine's Frames

This idea I came across on http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ I will be offering this at an upcoming Stamp Camp and making one for my mommy...the kids love their Nana!! I will add photos of the kids printed on photo paper in the Sephia tones.
