I'm excited for a few reasons~ it's a crazy month! From anniversaries to births (I have a new niece!!) and birthdays galore!! Since it's already a short month, it will go by even faster!! So what ...the ground hog predicted 6 more weeks of winter!! 'Spring' will be here before we know it!! Honestly in comparison to other parts of the country we (here in Northern Va.) have been truly lucky!! At times... do you find yourself wishing you had one of these??
I have yet to visit my brother and his newest pride and joy :(
His other daughter has been sick...poor thing! When he tells me to stay away that she is vomiting...he doesn't need to say that twice!! So..when I do visit...hopefully next weekend I'll be sure to post pics!!
I LOVE me some babies!! I personally am not having any more~ but to snuggle and cuddle and give her back to 'mom' or 'dad' when she cries?? Sounds like perfection to me!!
Anyway...here is a picture of the last Stamp Camp~ we had a ton of fun and laughs!!
My girlfriend Marie brought the most AMAZING dessert (thanks Marie!). She must have been psychic to have known that they would fit perfectly in the paper cones we made!! After everyone left I quickly made another one for my neighbor's... birthday.
I used the Modern Medley DSP (126926) and the sentiment is from the See Ya Later stamp set (133536 C) from the Sale-A-Bration catalog.
I LOVE this paper...you can never go wrong with black and white. Add some gold?? And if you listen real close...you can hear the paper sing!!
Here is a card that I made for my nephew Michael's graduation from VCU (their colors are black and gold too...so duh...it was perfect!)
Then one night I decided to make a quick 'LOVE' banner using the same DSP.
That's about it for me today...need to make a few cards...I'll share those with you tomorrow!
Sadly one is for John's mother who was hit by a car while crossing the street...she's okay. Fractured her wrist and hip and has had surgery. I can only imagine the long road to recovery she has ahead...ouch!!
I am still running (so far hip is still okay!!) I'm getting excited for the BIG race!!
Stay healthy!!
Warm hugs,
Erin
